Montelac Thaloré Return & Exchange Policy

At Montelac Thaloré, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces and accessories. While our goal is that every purchase exceeds your expectations, we understand there may be times when you wish to return an item. To make this process more efficient and cost-friendly, we use Kiwi Return Saver.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Condition of Item: Products must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • Free from scratches, signs of wear, or damage

    • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or engraved products

    • Clearance/final sale merchandise

    • Gift cards and promotional giveaways

    • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications


2. How Kiwi Return Saver Works

  • Step 1: Submit a Return Request
    Contact us via Montelacthalore@gmail.com to start the return process. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you a Kiwi Return Saver link.

  • Step 2: Purchase a Discounted Return Label
    Kiwi Return Saver offers you a reduced-cost prepaid return label — often cheaper than standard carrier rates. This label can be used with eligible carriers in your area.

  • Step 3: Ship the Item Back
    Package your item securely and ship it using the Kiwi label. Be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

  • Step 4: Processing Your Refund or Exchange
    Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping and applicable restocking fees) or ship your exchange.


3. Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may be deducted from the refund for non-defective returns to cover inspection and handling.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • If approved, Montelac Thaloré will cover return shipping costs through Kiwi Return Saver at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.


5. Open Line of Communication

While our policies help keep the process fair and efficient, we recognize that unique situations happen. If your case falls outside the policy, we’ll review it in good faith and keep an open line of communication to find a reasonable solution that protects both you and our business.
